This Helium Gas Tank designed to fill 50 x 28cm latex balloons
This price includes the hire of the Gas Tank and a valve (nozzle) to fit tank only.
We recommend that you pre-order a tank for your occasion. 7 days prior is recommended. Should you require a tank on shorter notice please call the store directly on 9634 2593 to confirm availability.
This item is a store pick up only. No deliveries can be made. On collection, you will need to show your credit card and drivers licence as this is a hire agreement. We will take a credit card imprint, signed and it will be held as a security.
A cancellation fee of $10.00 will occur if your order is less than 24 hours’ notice and pre-paid. Cancellation on the day of booking will incur the full fee due to hire costs incurred to TFKCH.
When you collect your tank it will be fully tested in front of you. You will be shown how to operate the valve (nozzle) and the Tank. We will also check the gas pressure to ensure that the tank is filled sufficiently to inflate 50 standard 28cm balloons.
When you return the tank, the valve (nozzle) will be checked, should it be damaged or lost the hirer will incur the replacement cost $75.00.
The hire is for 48 hours. Should you require your tank for a function on Saturday, you can collect your tank on the Friday or Saturday and return on Sunday or up to Monday 5pm returns are acceptable. However should your tank be later there will be a daily $10.00 late fee applied. No refund or credit note will be provided for used gas.
Helium floats in Latex Balloons between 6 to 8 hours in general, depending on weather conditions & quality of latex balloon. We recommend that you don’t fill your balloons until 2 hours prior to your function. For best results keep them out of direct sunlight or heat.
Always keep your tank upright, especially in transporting your tank. Do not travel with your nozzle attached. We do not recommend inhaling or sucking helium gas as it can kill you if you inhale too much.
The customer is responsible for any damage or loss to equipment or surroundings during the time of the hire. The hirer shall pay for any losses at new replacement prices. This includes breakages, theft & damages to the tank or valve. It will need to be replaced at current market prices.
