Blinis make a great party treat. Blinis are yeast pancakes, traditionally from Russia, and made from buckwheat flour. Often served with caviar or dished with soured cream and smoked salmon. Quick to thaw. Thaw in refrigerator over night.
Ideal for a function, high tea or just a few on a plate when friends come over for brunch!
