Shop 4/22-24 Kenthurst Road Dural
Click & Collect / Phone ahead orders are available from our Bakehouse at Castle Hill. It can be chosen during checkout.
More locations to come. We are actively looking for additional shops in The Hills and beyond.
All our prices are on the website, so the easiest way to check is to browse the relevant product page. If you're not sure what you're looking for, can't find a product, or would like us to talk you through your options, give us a call on 1300 835 888 during opening hours and our team will be happy to help.
Cakes
A Personalised Cake is a slab cake (medium half-slab or large full-slab) onto which we can place a photo, logo, character image, or short message using an edible icing image. We use a special printer with edible inks and icing sheets, so you can have your favourite photo, a work logo, or 4 to 5 words printed onto the cake.
For weekend pick-up:
Standard personalised cakes: orders must be received by 11.45 am Wednesday.
Photo cakes: the image must be received by 11.30 am Wednesday.
If you need a cake for a weekday, we generally need 2 to 3 working days. For shorter notice, please call us on 1300 835 888 and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If in doubt, please call rather than placing a website order, as we can't guarantee we'll be able to fulfil short-notice online orders. Our pastry chefs do need some sleep!
Our cakes are sold frozen so that you can pop in 7 days a week and know your cake is fresh when you thaw it. They're moist and have been sold this way for over 30 years.
If you'd like your cake thawed and ready for pick-up, please request this in your order notes. Thawed cakes need to be paid for in advance, and we can help you arrange this over the phone or through our website.
Yes. Our slab cakes use Halal-approved gelatin. For other products, please ask us product by product, as we can only confirm Halal status for items we make ourselves.
Planning your party
We can help you put together a party on the same day. However, with more notice we can offer additional services such as salads to order, sandwich platters, personalised and photo cakes, and balloon arrangements.
Just ask us. Tell us how many guests you're expecting, the time of day, and whether the food is the main event or alongside other catering, and we'll guide you through portion sizes and quantities. We do this every day and we'd rather you ended up with the right amount than over- or under-cater. Give us a call on 1300 835 888 or pop into the store to chat through your numbers.
Yes. We're happy to talk through options for guests with dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and Halal (our slab cakes use Halal-approved gelatin). Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances when you order so we can recommend the right products and flag anything to avoid. The more notice you can give us, the more options we can offer.
Absolutely, themed parties are one of our favourite things. Whether it's a Bluey-themed first birthday, a black-and-gold 21st, a high tea, or something more unusual, we can help you pull together a coordinated look across decorations, balloons, tableware, and cake. Pop in to browse what we have in store, or give us a call to talk through your theme and we'll suggest options to match.
Delivery
Yes, for non-perishable items. We ship non-perishable goods Australia-wide on online orders. Our checkout will only offer shipping if your cart contains no frozen or perishable items, so if the shipping option is unavailable it means there's something in your cart we can't safely send. In that case, you're welcome to pick up in store, arrange your own courier (see below), or remove the perishable item and check out the rest for delivery.
We offer Australia Post Standard and Express Post at checkout. Orders placed before 2 pm are usually shipped the same day. Once your order is with Australia Post, delivery times are subject to their network and service standards. You can track your order using the details we email you after dispatch.
Perishable items include fresh and frozen foods, cakes, dairy, and chocolate. We don't ship chocolate at any time of year, as parts of Australia are warm enough year-round to compromise quality in transit. If you're unsure whether a particular item can be shipped, the easiest check is to add it to your cart and look at the available delivery options at checkout.
We don't deliver to homes. We can deliver to businesses, offices, schools, churches, and large organisations if the order is local, fully paid in advance, and pre-organised. We don't usually deliver on weekends. Please call us on 1300 835 888 to discuss your needs.
Yes, that works well for many of our customers. Please let us know before you book the Uber or courier so we can have your order packed and ready for pick-up. The driver will need to provide your name and order details on arrival so we can match it to the right order. Please note that once your order leaves the store with a driver you've arranged, responsibility for the order passes to you and the driver.
Balloons & Balloon Safety
Yes, a few important ones.
Children: always supervise children with balloons, and discard broken pieces straight away. Burst latex pieces are a choking hazard.
Helium: never inhale helium from balloons. It's dangerous and can be fatal.
Pets and wildlife: keep balloons away from pets, and dispose of deflated balloons promptly. Animals can choke on or ingest balloon fragments. All our professional latex balloons are biodegradable, but they should still go in the bin, never released outdoors.
Disposing of balloons properly really matters to us.
No, we don't deliver balloons. You're welcome to collect them from our Dural store, where parking is easy and convenient.
If you'd like to hire a helium tank, we recommend booking about a week in advance to avoid disappointment.
If you just need balloons inflated, please book ahead of your party date so we can have them ready when you arrive.
Yes. We require pre-payment at the time of booking so we can have your balloons filled and ready for you.
You can change your order up until the day before your function. Once we've inflated balloons for you, we can't change or refund the order.
Yes, we can. However, we can't guarantee the quality of balloons we haven't supplied. If your balloon has a hole or pops during inflation, we're not liable for the cost of the balloon or the helium.

Yes. We sell DIY helium kits and also hire out helium tanks. We have a range of options to suit different needs. Have a look at our balloon deals or speak to a team member about what would work best for your event.
Latex balloons: around 10 to 12 hours, depending on the environment. We can also coat the inside of latex balloons with a product called Hi-Float, which helps them retain helium and float for a few extra hours.
Foil balloons: up to a week.
Heat is the enemy of balloons, so always keep them out of direct sun and away from hot cars.
Heat shortens float time, dulls the shine, and makes balloons more likely to pop. Always keep your inflated balloons in a cool place and avoid leaving them in a hot car.
A cool laundry or garage works well, anywhere out of direct sunlight and heat. The cooler the storage, the better the balloons will look on the day.
As close to your event as possible. This gives you the longest possible float time and the best appearance. Check our opening hours and chat with us about the right pick-up window.
Latex balloons are made from natural rubber and are biodegradable. They're porous, so helium gradually escapes, and they're single-use.
Foil balloons look like shiny printed metal and are made from synthetic materials. They're not porous (so they hold helium much longer when properly sealed) but they aren't biodegradable.
If you have a latex allergy, we recommend a foil balloon bouquet.
