How to cook - Drain contents, place snail meat in snails or vessel, cover with garlic butter, bake in warm over until sauce sizzles

Garlic Butter: -Blend 6 tablespoons of butter, 1 clover of fresh garlic chopped, 1 finely diced shallot, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley, salt & pepper to taste. a Dash of Brandy or Maderia may be added.
